LUCKY GIRL ESTHETICS POLICIES
I am so grateful that you have chosen me to be your esthetician! I hold myself to high standards of cleanliness, top of the line services, and I truly love the time we create together. Which is why, by scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to my policies as set forth below.
LATE POLICY
If you are running late to an appointment please call to let me know. If you are less than 15 minutes late I will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will try my best to accommodate you, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if I am unable to. Please keep in mind I will always do my best to accommodate your session.
CANCELATION POLICY
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise 50% of the service will be invoiced to you and will need to be paid upon receiving.
If you have multiple services scheduled in one visit and cancel one of the services, this will need a 24 hour notice as well. Otherwise 50% of the service canceled will be added on to the service done at check out.
NO SHOW POLICY
If I do not hear from you 15 mins passed your given appointment, it is considered a no show. In the case of a no show, 100% of the service will be invoiced to you and will need to be paid immediately upon receiving. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless the service is paid in full at the time of booking.
RETURN POLICY
I do not accept returns for services rendered, gift card purchases, or products purchased. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within 24 hours. All sales are final.
LASH FILL POLICY
If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set
3 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set
4+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have great lash retention, lashes need maintenance to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lash.
LASH FIX POLICY
I offer a 5 day lash warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied or have lost an excessive amount of lashes, you have a 5 day window to receive a fix. Any time after that would be considered normal wear and tear and will void lash warranty.
FORIEGN LASH FILL
I require all of new clients with existing lash extensions from other salons/spas to book a consultation FIRST before booking a fill appointment. I must first assess the work to be sure we can work over it. If I cannot work over the existing work, I will recommend a removal and full set. If you are unable to come in for a consultation first, I recommend booking a full set to ensure I have enough time with you.
CHILDREN POLICY
Please, no children, unless we have spoken. I reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case the cancellation policy may take effect.
AGE POLICY
Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation.
